My devotion to St. Francis Xavier stems from the reality that after 400 years of his sainthood he is still an inspiration, a motivation, and one that can be emulated. Because when God calls, nothing is impossible. Isaiah heard the voice of the Lord: ‘Whom shall I send…, he replied, Here I am, send me.’ (Is 6:8)
